Megan Conway is an instructional coach for the DE ACCESS Project. The Project, Adapting Curriculum & Classroom Environments for Student Success, promotes access to the general education curriculum and strives for inclusion of all students. Megan is also the project coordinator for the communication initiative, Systematic Processes for Enhancing and Assessing Communication Supports.  The projects goal is to improve communication and educational services for students with complex communication needs. In addition, Megan is currently working with schools in the State of Delaware to implement Universal Design for Learning into their classrooms. She also works on providing training to teachers across the state.
Before arriving at CDS, Megan was a special education teacher for 12 years. In her classroom, Megan provided instruction to students with the most significant support needs.   While teaching, Megan designed instruction to meet the needs of the diverse learners in her classroom, as well as modeling and encouraging communication skills.
